Abnormal noise of BENZ Engine

    Fault phenomenon: when engine is running, the different sound "whoosh, whoosh, whoosh like, and when the vibration is too large.

    Troubleshooting: in order to confirm the fault symptom, namely engine test, running at idle, the abnormal sound is very small, can not hear clearly, but in the idle state of the air conditioning switch to a ON, immediately whoosh, whoosh, whoosh belt slipping sound. The slippage of the compressor belt is the cause of the abnormal sound produced by the engine. The reason for the slide is nothing more than the aging of the belt, the bad tension of the belt pulley, the tension wheel regulator and so on.

     Secondly, confirm the speed of excessive vibration, from the N file R orientation gear, D gear shift and shift during the driving of bringsstrong vibration. During the running test, the speed change vibration is smaller when the gear is transferred from the 3 gear to the 4 gear and from the 4 gear to the 3 gear, and the gear shift and the downshift vibration between the 2 gear and the 3 gear are larger than those of the 1 gear and the 2 gear. The reason for the excessive vibration is nothing more than the aging or fracture of the rubber couplings of the drive shaft. The hydraulic pressure of the automatic transmission is too high, or the parts inside the automatic transmission are not working well.

      First, find the cause of the variable speed vibration, and repeatedly change the selector lever to confirm the vibration status of the variable speed. The test results from the N file, D orientation shift, clutch which instantly generate "goo shwoosh" sound, vibration and snap, also can be clearly recognized in the driver's seat. If this sound is produced by an automatic transmission, it is very difficult to understand. The car lift up immediately, for a test drive shaft to rotate, swing your hands can hear "sound of Kacha, Kacha". Remove the drive shaft and find that the rubber coupling is deformed and will split.

      According to the above operation result, replace the bad parts, that is, the drive belt of the air conditioning compressor, the belt tensioner and the Zhang Jin wheel adjuster. The three parts have been replaced together with better results. A rubber elastic coupling is replaced by a drive shaft because of abnormal sound generated by the speed change.

      After operating test running, the results of engine abnormal sound completely eliminated from the N file. Driving gear switch and driving gear vibration also completely eliminates.
